I captured this image to be a companion to another ‘found art’ object I photographed a couple of weeks ago.
The photo-edited picture is a much better representation of the image my brain produced the other night.
Something in the automatic settings of my photo editing software made the top part of my cloud picture turn gray. I like to think that it is the darkness of the upper atmosphere.

Sadly, I was only able the finish the yellow insides of the abstract below before my midnight deadline. The purple color outside was what I had planned. I used a photo editor as a way to get an idea about the finished piece. I hope to have a watercolor-y looking finished product by tomorrow.
