This Tree has been Around the Block
I like this tree. It looks great. But closer inspection reveals some distress at its base. I wonder if it has seen (or been involved in) car accidents. I wonder how many busses go by it every day.

Keeping an eye out for oddly-shaped clouds during this time of quickly changing weather prepared me for catching the scene below. Even though the photo is not perfect (it was taken through a car window), it is still a dramatic picture.

Big Puff, Little Puff
I think I waited a bit too long before snapping this shot. Little Puff was a little larger just a couple of minutes before I got the sun out of my eyes enough to take the picture.
Parking Lot – Under a Tree
There was daylight today during my break. The sun had not even set. It cast strong tall shadows. I planted myself under a tree and took the picture shown below.
