Here are two images that I remember distinctly from one of my dreams. I used the upper image as a model for Walking Man on Divided Plinth.
I rarely work the day shift. It is nice to be able see daylight when I go outside on break. I found this make-shift bicycle rack. I think the bike is locked to the gas pipes that supply the cooking equipment within. I suppose the bicycle belongs to the chef.
I like the spongy green surfaces that have sprouted up within some of the bicycle lanes here in town. I came across one patch yesterday. There are a lot of bicycle lanes in the area where I live. I see them mainly when I drive my car. I saw the one below on my walk today. They look bigger in person, and a little more… sectioned, than a real bike rider. Glad the icon depicts a rider wearing a helmut. […]
I didn’t hear any noises coming from the dumpster, so I imagine the bicycle owner just stepped away, or was unable to dispose of the ride in any other way than abandonment.
