Study Position
It’s not spring break for everyone.
During my break in the cafe, I saw someone…. who wasn’t studying! I got a glimpse of the crossword puzzle on his phone. At last, someone enjoying himself. (I suppose studying can be enjoyable on occasion.) (Note: There were no emanations from the gentleman’s phone. I just exercised my artistic license for emphasis.)
The two young people at the next table were both studying. They were leaning in opposite directions. I must have de-emphasized the tilt on the female figure and over emphasized the tilt of the male figure. The composition works anyway.
People who study with concentration usually hold a pose for quite a while. One can be leisurely sketching these people. Now and then, they tire and must relax. This was the case for my subject below.
