Scattered Clouds

These clouds are scattered deeply and widely. The feathery ones at the left seem to be very high up, while the  puffy ones appear to be closer to the ground.

Scraggy Tree and Rainbow on Dark Field

Keeping an eye out for oddly-shaped clouds during this time of quickly changing weather prepared me for catching the scene below. Even though the photo is not perfect (it was taken through a car window), it is still a dramatic picture.

Dark Grey Clouds with Bright Spot and Tiny Bird on Left

This photo does not exactly embody to the ‘decisive moment‘ concept as initiated by Henri Cartier Bresson. In fact I didn’t see the birdie until after I snapped the picture. I like the drama in the rest of the photo.

Gray Field, White and Black Dividers

The photo below falls into two categories: sky photography and street photography. I snapped it, as it reminded me of yesterday’s photo, only with light-colored wire dividers instead of dark.

Grays Divided by Wires

The gray clouds have an interesting texture in the photo below. However, it seems that each shade of gray has the same shape as the wire boundaries that enclose it.

Stationary Front with Trees and Wisp

It was very interesting to see overcast covering half the sky and blue occupying the rest. Two different moods are there to choose from.
