Hoop and Long Shadows

The photo below lends itself perfectly to a pen and ink rendition. There are an assortment of grays, and textures abound. Long shadows overlay this terrain. My pen and ink sketch is below:

Tunnel

I composed the pen and ink study below from one of the photographs I took in Central Park. It may have been during the New York City Marathon. In the photo, one can see many people on the road under which the tunnel burrows.
