This looks like a white-bordered, yellow, cracked arrow, which it is, in Flatland. However, in the world of three dimensions, it is a speed bump. Somehow, Flatland space became warped, and the yellow rectangle cracked at the strain.

Aging Parking Lot Segment
This little area of the parking lot shows intersecting white lines that show their age. The wrinkle crack impressed itself on the pavement after the line was painted, since it disrupts the white of the line.
