This book store was on 81st Street on Lexington (I think). I searched for whether it is still around and found that it went out of business in 1995.

Moving uptown, this book store was on the same block as the Whitney Museum of Art (assuming it is still around 75th and Madison).

This book store, Shakespeare Booksellers, was planted directly across the street from the Gryphon Bookstore that I showed yesterday. I took these photos before Barnes and Noble opened up across from Shakespeare.
