When I was studying neuroanatomy, I saw a cross section of the hippocampus, where it interfaced with the cerebral cortex. In a flat cross section, it looked like a pair of interlocking ‘C’s. This is how the gray matter connects to the rest of the brain.
There are more possibilities to explore with this theme. I look forward to trying them out.

I fell on my hip a couple of weeks ago (I’m ok now). My leg turned colors down to my knee.
I like to start at the top of the page, drawing my line in a curve toward the bottom. The rest of the process is a matter of balance.
