I usually get this way at the end of the day.
It’s getting to be a habit with me.
When it hits I try to get out and do a walk around the athletic fields at the high school across the street. Rain or shine, moving helps me. In a down pour, how about mopping the basement? Sounds great, in the right circumstances. Oh dear.
