The man on the right caught my attention. He was dressed in a brand new, snappy, solid black coat. The rest of him was the opposite: old, wizened and gray. His gnarly hands were particularly interesting. He was in deep concentration. The other man, much younger, was also taken up with the book he was reading. I quickly sketched him in to book-end my composition. Clandestinely, I took a photo of these gentlemen, to revisit and do a proper drawing at some later date.
This is great. I like the feeling of concentration they exemplify.
