Interesting. Glad at least one book store is doing well.
They are being picketed on and off by their workers though. Not sure exactly what the issue is, but what employer takes good care of their workers? Not many.
I sold many a book to the folks at the old Strand. They were all pretty crabby, to a person. That’s not to say there aren’t legit concerns. Probably some of the crabby booksellers made it into top management.
There are no doubt faults on both sides, as is usually the case.
