I don’t care if mulches are private or public they should all be free. Actually, I think mulch is singular as well as plural, like moose and moose. Therefore, I rephrase: all mulch should be freed to roam as they please. There should be a collective plural to name the entity that occurs when two or more mulch get together. Examples of collective plurals are: a school of fish, a gaggle of geese, etc. I’ve heard the term ‘pile’ used in connection with mulch. Perhaps that is the collective plural: a pile of mulch. I don’t care. All mulch should be free-range mulch.
What is a mulch, anyway?
