Thanks, Claudia! I didn’t realize that these signs were anywhere but California. Everywhere else, the sign would read, “Dead End’.
Here in DE, and in PA where I lived before, it’s no outlet. I grew up with dead ends, though, in TN.
I grew up in New Jersey, where ‘Dead Ends’ rule. Here in CA, there is a mix of dead ends and no outlets. I haven’t figured out the rationale.
