Browning, crunchy flowers are extraordinarily difficult for me to photography (in situ). My camera wants to focus on the greenery. The small scale of this sketch (4×6″) also makes it a challenge to trace all the lines within the form of the decaying vegetation. Thus this sketch is an abstract rendering of some flowers in a crispy state.
