I could have sent you this same scene only in snow from our recent (and still hanging around) snowfall. I think you know that in snow a shoveled out parking space is guarded by all kinds of sentries, chairs, garbage cans, and…cones!
Ashamed to say that all parking spaces are snow free here, and yet space savers still abound.
