The white figure in this photo looks like something staring at the little girl doll. This shape is made up of a white shoe hung over the side of the shopping cart by its heel, a white garbage bag inside the cart and a padlock obscured by a white metal rectangle is in the foreground. I didn’t notice the ogler while I was taking this photo.
