I have fond memories of this clock repair shop. It is (or was) right across from Bloomingdales on Lexington (I think, around 56th Street). I love clocks and bought several from the proprietor. He was a nice old man. My favorite purchase was a desktop clock with a scene from Holland. the windmill arms indicated the seconds. They rotated counterclockwise, for some reason. I often wish I could have a room full of clocks – all stopped, so I don’t have to wind them.
