Even though the image below bears just a cursory resemblance to the reference photo, I like this sketch very much. I panicked momentarily when the photo app failed to identify the subject plant. But when I turned ‘Portrait Mode’ on, the app yielded an identifier: this plant is called Paperflower. It is in the Bougainvilla genus.
