I’ve been photographing abandoned furniture for some time now. I’m not sure exactly why I do it, but it fascinates me that people leave furniture, which used to be part of their private indoor space, on the street, exposed to the elements and for all to see. This series is comprised of a sampling of eight ‘street couches’ encountered in Los Angeles.
