These girls were much cuter in real life. This may not have come across in this sketch. What does come across is that all three family members’ attention is focused in the same direction

I especially like the girl on the left. There is something about here that makes me think she is a very sharp observer.
Yes, her pitched-forward posture and smooth contours suggest this. I spent more time on her than her sister, I’m afraid, which may account for the difference.
The girl is eye catching – she reminds me of a character from a book like Alice in Wonderland.
