This is my red-curbed corner at night… in the rain. It is quite different from my other night shot. In the picture below, it really looks like nighttime. The ground is dark, the red is not the bright red of daytime. I venture to say that even if the brilliant white car headlight did not illuminate the lower corner of the curb, one would say this is definitely a night scene.
This curb is the gift that keeps on giving. A real study in how time of day and lighting make such a change.

We have red curbs that mean no parking. Not as many red lines. Re seems to be the universal “no”.
